WHAT FORMAT WILL I RECEIVE?
You will receive high-resolution pdf files, ready for
printing at home or trough a professional print service.
CAN I REQUEST A WORD THAT ISN'T IN THE LIBRARY?
Absolutely. If your word isn't in the wonderberry library yet,
I'll create a custom wonderberry design just for you.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ARTWORK?
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.
WHAT PAPER DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR PRINTING?
For the best results, I recommend printing on textured fine art
paper or lightly textured cardstock. The artwork itself contains
subtle texture details that are enhanced by textured paper.
WHAT SIZE ARE THE ARTWORKS?
Each artwork is delivered as a high-resolution A4 PDF file (300 DPI).
You can print it at full A4 size as wall art or scale it down to
smaller sizes for nursery decor, keepsake cards, memory boxes, and
other personal projects.
DO YOU OFFER PHYSICAL PRINTS?
Not at the moment. Wonderberry currently offers digital artwork
files that you can print locally or through your preferred print
service.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
because each order is personalized and created specifically for you,
refunds are generally not available after purchase. however, if
there is a problem with your order, please contact me and i'll do
my best to help.
